Richmond Park Hotel, Bo'ness

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, well-furnished, and the parking facilities were convenient, although my room wasn't ready upon arrival. The staff was friendly and it offered good value for money.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was lovely with a great view over the River Forth, but there were cleanliness issues that should have been addressed considering the price. The last-minute booking process was smooth and quick, and the bathroom stood out as a nice feature.

The hotel offered clean and good spaces in the rooms, friendly staff, and lovely food. However, there were some cleanliness issues like a dirty pillowcase on the floor near the front door and the carpet not being vacuumed. The presence of Netflix was a nice touch.

The hotel had beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean rooms, but the street noise and light coming in made it a bit uncomfortable. The service was incredibly welcoming and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was ideal for our needs, close to a beautiful river view and convenient amenities. The dining experience was mostly great, with a few options running out one morning. The facilities were well-kept and enjoyable.

I stayed in the apartment block adjacent to the main hotel and found the rooms to be very nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. The service was top-notch, with a kind and funny woman serving us delicious meals and efficient, polite staff. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions and the dining experience was excellent. However, the starter in the restaurant was disappointing. Overall, a great experience with excellent value for money.
